Join Coach Emily for a 35-45 minute steady state run. This will generally be a 3-4 mile easy to moderate run designed for all paces. This workout is great for all levels of runners from beginners to advanced as you will move at your own pace. You might be a little sweaty but that is by design! It's a great supplement for cross training or just to set personal goals for your fitness. Hope to see you there! *Please come stretched and ready to go, workout begins promptly at 11:00 a.m.
