Join Coach Pam for a 40-45 minute workout including hills or speed work or a combo of both. This workout is great for all levels of runners from beginners to advanced as you will move at your own pace. You will definitely get your heart rate up! The timing will work that you can make it to a 1:00 class (you might be a little sweaty but that is by design!).
