TPUSA February Announcement

Turning Point USA at Salve Regina University is a student-led organization dedicated to promoting free speech, civic engagement, and open dialogue on campus. As we grow this semester, we are excited to welcome both new and returning members who are interested in being part of thoughtful discussions, impactful events, and a strong campus community. Leadership roles offer valuable experience in event planning, outreach, and campus involvement, and no prior experience is required just a willingness to learn and get involved. All-American Halftime Show

Turning Point USA has announced an alternative halftime event to Super Bowl LX. This is scheduled for Sunday, February 8, 2026. Confirmed performers include Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice, and Gabby Barrett. Stream begins at 8 pm ET on TPUSA’s own channels, including YouTube, X, and Rumble. Additionally, several conservative outlets will be covering it, including DailyWire+, Real America’s Voice, and CHARGE! network. To point out this event has generated considerable media attention across major outlets as a cultural and political statement against the NFL’s choice of Bad Bunny as the official halftime performer.

Upcoming Meetings & Ways to Get Involved

Our New and Returning Members Interest Meeting will be held from 7:00–8:00 PM in O’Hare 107 on February 12th. We also have 2 tabling events on February 18th from 2-4 and 25th from 2-5 pm. We will also be at the Spring Involvement Fair on Thursday, February 12th, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you are interested in helping out with any of our tabling events or want to be more involved behind the scenes, please email Sophia Guzik at sophia.guzik@salve.edu. We would love to have your help and energy as we continue to grow this semester.
