Our mission is to inspire and educate Salve Regina students about the vast field of marketing. Through innovative projects, competitive events, and networking opportunities, we aim to empower future marketers to make an impact in their careers and communities.

The Salve Regina University AMA Club is a dynamic student-led organization that offers hands-on experience in marketing, business, and leadership. As part of the American Marketing Association's collegiate chapter network, we provide students with opportunities to grow professionally, build networks, and gain practical skills for the ever-evolving world of marketing. In addition, there is the opportunity to tryout to attend the annual International Collegiate Conference in New Orleans. This opportunity allows students to compete in national marketing competitions, attend professional development workshops, network with top marketing professionals, and gain insights from keynote speakers in the marketing industry.

We strive to support the development of female

We strive to educate our campus on gender equality and provide a safe environment for any and all students to meet and build alliances for individual and social support.

We envision ISC as a tool to help international students through their entire tenure
at Salve and beyond. ISC would work with the Center for Global Education and
Fellowships to connect with international students prior to their arrival. In addition, once the students arrive, we would help them connect with the entire international student body.

ISC would serve as a resource to overcome the obstacles or challenges we all encounter when we arrive at Salve, especially for the first time. The club would allow us to share with each other the similarities and differences in our cultures and the positive aspects of being international students at Salve. When we graduate, the existence of the club will also help us stay connected and network as we navigate life after Salve.

The Multicultural Student Organization (MSO) at Salve Regina University focuses on the celebration of diversity and different cultures on campus. We are a progressive group of students that collaborates with others to provide educational opportunities on matters of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We strive to raise awareness about the cultural issues and experiences within the Salve Regina community. Our main goal is to provide a safe space and a second home to students who want to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus. We are also a place for students to ask questions and educate themselves without judgement. The organization hosts at least two events per semester in honor of all cultures in order to further educate students, staff and faculty. Our general meetings consist of discussions and activities about diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as simply being a space to come together to recognize and celebrate each other. We seek to demonstrate how people from diverse backgrounds, values, and beliefs can work together to create a safer and inclusive environment for the student body; ultimately fostering the growth of the Salve Regina University community. As Salve Regina University's mission statement states, the Multicultural Student Organization aspires to encourage students to work for a world that is harmonious, just and merciful both locally and overseas.

The purpose of our organization is to continue the millennia-old tradition of philosophical investigation through conversation. We promote open communication through a secular platform and hope to help our members find the tools to address the big questions in their lives.

Philosophy is an essential avenue for Salve students to explore what it means to strive for a world that is “harmonious, just, and merciful.” Through this organization, students will help one another to advance their understanding of the concepts of harmony, justice, and mercy, and will be better prepared to apply those concepts in the future as a result.

Mission
Salve SAVES (Sexual Assault Violence Education and Support) is a student-run
organization that aims to provide educational opportunities, spread awareness, and actively
combat the prevalence of sexual assault and domestic violence at Salve Regina.
As college students, we have the opportunity to play integral roles in countering rape
culture and ending sexual violence, not only on our campus, but also around the country. It is
also important to note that, despite its relevance in our culture, sexual misconduct and domestic
violence continue to be uncomfortable conversational topics. Salve SAVES hopes to create and
foster safe spaces on campus and pave the way for these important conversations to take place.
Above all, we are Advocates, we are Survivors, we are Allies, we are Faculty, we are the
Salve community. It is our mission to give back, educate, and advocate for that community.
