Details

Volunteers are needed at the community gardens to help harvest fall crops, help with flower prep work, and basic gardening duties to prepare for the season. God’s Community Garden supplies healthy vegetables grown at the garden year-round by volunteers and distributes the produce weekly through free farm stands, food banks, and soup kitchens on Aquidneck Island. Volunteers should dress for the weather as this event is outside. All supplies will be provided on site. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own water bottles and snacks. This event would be a great opportunity for a group, club or team to come together to help with.
