What is Wellness

Physical Wellness

Physical wellness is the health of our body and their relationship with movement and food. Someone with physical wellness can move in ways that bring them joy and keep them healthy, they find a balance between foods that bring them emotional and social joy, and those that are nourishing, and they  understands the importance of rest for recovery.

Intellectual Wellness

Be the first to know about what we have planned and add our group calendar to your schedule.

Emotional Wellness

An emotionally well person is connected to their emotions and the emotions of those around them. They recognize their emotions as valid but are able to respond to them, not react from them. They engage in activities that both foster the development and maintenance of positive emotions, and activities that regulate and calm negative emotions.

Social Wellness

Social wellness is the health of our communication, relationships, and community. People who prioritize their social wellness build and maintain authentic, trusting, compassionate relationships.

Creative Wellness

Social wellness is the health of our communication, relationships, and community. People who prioritize their social wellness build and maintain authentic, trusting, compassionate relationships.

Spiritual Wellness

Financial wellness is about managing and balancing your financial resources so that you can meet your obligations, prepare for unexpected circumstances, and enjoy things you value.

Career Wellness

Someone with career wellness is able to find a balance between pursuing their values, interests, needs, and strengths when they select a career. They understand that careers may change many times as their needs and values change throughout their lifetime.
